Description

A quick and comforting dish featuring rotisserie chicken, ranch seasoning, and a crispy bacon topping, all baked to perfection in just 25 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded rotisserie chicken)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (can substitute with almond milk)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crispy bacon (or turkey bacon)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder if using.
  4. Add cooked chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crispy bacon evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
