A quick and comforting dish featuring rotisserie chicken, ranch seasoning, and a crispy bacon topping, all baked to perfection in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded rotisserie chicken)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk (can substitute with almond milk)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crispy bacon (or turkey bacon)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder if using.
- Add cooked chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crispy bacon evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
