Quick and delicious air fryer boneless chicken bites that are crispy outside and juicy inside, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a second bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, coat with the beaten eggs, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
- Lay the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Notes
For extra crunch, increase cooking time by 1-2 minutes. Ensure chicken pieces are fully coated for best results.
