Description

Quick and delicious air fryer boneless chicken bites that are crispy outside and juicy inside, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In a second bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, coat with the beaten eggs, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
  6. Lay the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

Notes

For extra crunch, increase cooking time by 1-2 minutes. Ensure chicken pieces are fully coated for best results.
