A quick and healthier take on classic buffalo chicken, cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer, perfect for family dinners or game-day snacks.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Optional: Celery sticks
  • Optional: Blue cheese dressing for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken in a bowl with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, add more buffalo sauce while cooking. Marinating the chicken in buffalo sauce for a few hours enhances the flavor significantly.
