Ingredients
- 4 Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Optional: Celery sticks
- Optional: Blue cheese dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Toss the chicken in a bowl with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add more buffalo sauce while cooking. Marinating the chicken in buffalo sauce for a few hours enhances the flavor significantly.
