Description

Delicious and easy air fryer chicken burgers made with ground chicken and simple ingredients for a juicy, satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Whole-grain buns
  • Fresh toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and golden brown.
