Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whole-grain buns
- Fresh toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve the chicken burgers on whole-grain buns and add fresh toppings as desired. Enjoy!
