Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Lemon juice for marinating
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture over the chicken breasts.
- (Optional) Marinate the chicken in lemon juice for 15-30 minutes for added flavor.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
