Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove chicken from the marinade and toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with the remaining marinade drizzled on top.
Notes
