A creamy and cheesy pizza topped with rich alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese, all atop a homemade crust.
Ingredients
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 cups alfredo sauce (divided)
- 4 cups grated mozzarella cheese (divided)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, dry milk, sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add the melted butter and warm water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough starts to form.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the risen dough into your desired pizza shape on a floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Pre-bake the crust for 5-7 minutes, until it’s lightly golden.
- Remove crust from the oven and layer the alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Experiment with different toppings like spinach, grilled chicken, or artichoke hearts.
