Description

A comforting dish featuring juicy chicken breasts topped with crispy bacon and melted cheddar cheese, drizzled with tangy honey mustard dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey mustard dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season your chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Carefully transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Brush the honey mustard dressing generously over each chicken breast.
  6. Top each breast with crumbled cooked bacon and a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
