Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup honey mustard dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season your chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Carefully transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish.
- Brush the honey mustard dressing generously over each chicken breast.
- Top each breast with crumbled cooked bacon and a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
