  • 1 packet of onion soup mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 cups of rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, lay the seasoned chicken, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the onion soup mix over the chicken.
  4. Pour the cup of water around the chicken, minimizing splashes.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to ensure even cooking.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken reaches tenderness and is fully cooked.
  7. While the chicken bakes, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
