Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, lay the seasoned chicken, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Evenly sprinkle the onion soup mix over the chicken.
- Pour the cup of water around the chicken, minimizing splashes.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to ensure even cooking.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken reaches tenderness and is fully cooked.
- While the chicken bakes, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
- Once everything is ready, serve the chicken over a bed of rice for a comforting meal.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, remove the foil for the last 10-15 minutes of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator, adding a splash of water when reheating for moisture.
