Ingredients
- Cheese-filled tortelloni
- Grilled chicken
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the cheese-filled tortelloni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Asiago cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked tortelloni to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Slice the grilled chicken and serve it over the tortelloni.
- Sprinkle with additional Asiago cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
