Ingredients

  • Cheese-filled tortelloni

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese-filled tortelloni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in grated Asiago cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add cooked tortelloni to the sauce and toss to coat.
