Crispy baked breaded chicken cutlets that are easy to prepare and perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken cutlets
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dip each chicken cutlet in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place the breaded cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cutlets.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, adding dried herbs like oregano or thyme to the bread crumb mixture can enhance the taste. Adjust seasoning according to your preference.
