- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken leg quarters.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
