Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coverage.
