Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
