Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Your choice of sauce (buffalo, barbecue, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven when golden brown and toss with your choice of sauce before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle a thin layer of cornstarch on the wings after seasoning. Keep an eye on the wings towards the end of baking for optimal crispiness.
