Ingredients
- 1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
- 1 lb (454 g) thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) creamy horseradish sauce or to taste
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 (1-oz) packet Au Jus Gravy mix
Instructions
- Begin by setting your oven to a temperature of 400ºF and lining a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Divide each biscuit into two separate discs. Apply a layer of creamy horseradish sauce on each disc.
- On half of the biscuit discs, arrange a slice of provolone cheese and some thinly sliced roast beef.
- Cover the meat and cheese with the remaining biscuit discs and press the edges together to close them. Arrange them on the baking tray.
- Place in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until they turn a golden color.
- As the biscuits are in the oven, follow the instructions on the Au Jus Gravy mix packet to prepare the sauce.
