Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring an even coating, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
