Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, both mustards, salt, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth.
