- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (6 pieces, about 900g)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup honey (120 ml)
- 1/2 cup beef mustard (120 ml)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil (1 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (1 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (0.5 g)
Instructions
- Prepare your materials. Set your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) to warm up. Use cooking spray to lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken breasts. Arrange them in the greased pan.
- In a small bowl, stir together the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley until well combined. Drizzle half of this honey mustard blend over the chicken and use a brush to evenly coat it.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and apply the remaining honey mustard mixture with a brush. Continue baking until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear, about another 10 to 15 minutes. Ensure an instant-read thermometer shows at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when inserted into the center.
