Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Mozzarella balls
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Marinate the chicken breast in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Allow the chicken to rest, then slice it.
