Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Mozzarella balls
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate the chicken breast in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Allow the chicken to rest, then slice it.
- Combine baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and mozzarella balls in a large salad bowl.
- Top the salad with sliced chicken.
