Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken breasts with the sweet and tangy flavors of pineapple and a spicy mustard glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the spicy brown mustard, honey, and soy sauce.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
