Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the spicy brown mustard, honey, and soy sauce.
- Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken.
- Scatter the pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
