Description

An easy and flavorful baked ranch chicken recipe that combines ranch seasoning and Greek yogurt for a crowd-pleasing meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ranch seasoning mix, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the ranch mixture.
  4. Transfer the coated chicken to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
