Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s vegetable oil
- 2 cup (480 ml) s dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup (240 ml) ranch-style salad dressing (such as Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®)
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – lightly pounded to an even thickness
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
- Pour bread crumbs and ranch dressing into separate dishes.
- Submerge the chicken in the ranch dressing, then press it into the bread crumbs to cover thoroughly. Shake off any excess crumbs by lightly tossing the chicken between your hands. Place the coated chicken on the oiled baking sheet.
- Cook in the heated oven until the chicken is no longer pink inside and the juices are clear, roughly 30 minutes. Ensure a thermometer placed in the thickest part of the chicken registers at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
