Description

Crispy tenderloins coated in a tangy and creamy bang bang sauce that transforms any meal into a celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Set up a breading station with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge the chicken tenderloins in panko to coat evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the coated chicken tenderloins in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Drizzle the fried chicken with the bang bang sauce and serve.
