Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
- 1-2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Set up a breading station with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the chicken tenderloins in panko to coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the coated chicken tenderloins in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle the fried chicken with the bang bang sauce and serve.
