Description

A delightful fusion of crunchy chicken tenderloins coated in panko breadcrumbs and drizzled with a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dip the chicken tenderloins in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the chicken tenderloins in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm drizzled with the bang bang sauce.

Notes

Pat chicken tenderloins dry before coating for better breadcrumb adhesion. Add spices to panko for extra flavor. Keep frying batches small for optimal crispiness.
