Ingredients
- – 1 Lavash Flatbread (whole wheat, if you can find it) (100 g)
- – 2 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce (30 ml)
- – 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (packed, shredded) (30 g)
- – 1/4 cup Shredded beef (packed, cooked beef) (30 g)
- – 1 tablespoon Red Onion (sliced very thin) (15 g)
Instructions
- Set your oven to preheat at 450°F.
- Place the lavash flatbread onto a baking tray.
- Utilize a basting brush or the back of a spoon to evenly distribute a thin layer of barbecue sauce, leaving a small border of about ¼ inch without sauce.
