Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the shredded chicken, and warm through for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  4. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat and add the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the pasta, chicken mixture, and cheese sauce in one pot, folding gently to mix.
