Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the shredded chicken, and warm through for a few minutes.
- Stir in BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- In a separate saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat and add the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine the pasta, chicken mixture, and cheese sauce in one pot, folding gently to mix.
- Let simmer briefly before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.

For extra flavor, try using freshly shredded cheese. Adjust the spice levels to your liking by adding cayenne pepper if desired.
