Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Brush the edges with olive oil.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the BBQ chicken pieces and sliced red onions evenly across the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese bubbles.
