Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons shawarma seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Pita bread or rice for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix olive oil, shawarma seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the chicken in the spice mixture until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned chicken on a large sheet pan and surround it with sliced bell peppers and onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with pita bread or over rice.
