Description

A flavorful chicken shawarma dinner made easy with marinated chicken, colorful bell peppers, and onions, all roasted on a single sheet pan.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons shawarma seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Pita bread or rice for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, shawarma seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss the chicken in the spice mixture until well coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned chicken on a large sheet pan and surround it with sliced bell peppers and onions.
