- 1.25 lb chicken cutlets
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Set up a dredging station with two shallow bowls: one with whisked eggs and another with breadcrumbs and seasonings.
- Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently for an even coating.
- Arrange the coated cutlets on a plate and spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Place the chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
