A comforting and easy crockpot dish featuring tender chicken breasts simmered in a creamy ranch gravy, perfect served over rice or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot without overlapping.
- In a bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Whisk until blended.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cover.
- Set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it with forks, then mix it back into the gravy.
- Serve the chicken and gravy over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
