Description

A comforting and easy crockpot dish featuring tender chicken breasts simmered in a creamy ranch gravy, perfect served over rice or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot without overlapping.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Whisk until blended.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cover.
  4. Set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it with forks, then mix it back into the gravy.
  6. Serve the chicken and gravy over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes

Ensure to adjust seasoning to your taste, and for a richer flavor, stir in a bit of butter or cream before serving.
