Delicious grilled chicken wraps filled with fresh veggies and zesty dressing, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your choice of dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them into strips.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- On each tortilla, layer the romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the fillings and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
