Description

Delicious grilled chicken wraps filled with fresh veggies and zesty dressing, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your choice of dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them into strips.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. On each tortilla, layer the romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the fillings and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
