Description

A comforting and delicious rotisserie chicken casserole that’s perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked pasta, broccoli, half of the cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix it thoroughly so that all ingredients blend together nicely.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, covering the casserole well.
  6. Add breadcrumbs atop the cheese for texture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
