Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked pasta, broccoli, half of the cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix it thoroughly so that all ingredients blend together nicely.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, covering the casserole well.
- Add breadcrumbs atop the cheese for texture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Add fresh herbs like parsley or thyme just before serving for a burst of flavor.
