A fun twist on the classic Big Mac, this salad captures all the beloved flavors of the burger without the bread, making it both hearty and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup copycat Big Mac sauce
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, chop the iceberg lettuce and add it to a serving dish.
- Dice onions and pickles, then add them to the lettuce.
- Once the ground beef is cooked, layer it on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the copycat Big Mac sauce over the top.
- Toss gently and serve.
