Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1 onion, sliced (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with black pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
