Description

A hearty Chicken Bacon Ranch Skillet made on the Blackstone griddle, featuring seasoned chicken, crispy bacon, and Yukon gold potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 4 cups Yukon gold potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2-3 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium heat, adding a thin coat of oil to the surface.
  2. Place the diced Yukon gold potatoes onto one side of the grill. Allow them to cook for about 15 minutes before flipping them.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, place the diced bacon on the other half of the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until crispy. Remove the bacon and set it aside for later.
  4. Flip the potatoes after 15 minutes. If needed, add more oil to keep them from sticking.
  5. Add the cubed chicken to the grill, cooking it in the flavorful bacon grease. Season both the chicken and potatoes with salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, ensuring it’s cooked through.
  6. Once the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature, combine it with the potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Layer the crispy bacon and shredded cheese on top, then return to the grill. Cook until the cheese melts.
  7. Carefully remove the skillet from the grill, and prepare to serve the delicious meal. Enjoy!

Notes

Customize your seasoning blend by adding crushed red pepper flakes for heat. Ensure chicken is fully cooked to 165°F.
