Description

A quick and easy Blackstone fried rice recipe made with cooked rice, fresh vegetables, and eggs, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the Blackstone grill over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and green onions, and cook until tender.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the grill and pour the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the grill, mixing it with the vegetables and eggs.
  5. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice, stirring to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through, then serve.

Notes

Use cold, day-old rice for the best texture. Feel free to swap in other vegetables or proteins like chicken or shrimp.
