Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
- Place the marinated chicken on the griddle and sear each side for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat and stir in additional minced garlic until fragrant.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the cooked chicken and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
