A simple yet flavorful chicken dish seared on a Blackstone griddle, infused with garlic, butter, and parmesan.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken breasts and coat evenly.
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb all the vibrant flavors.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (375°F).
- Place marinated chicken on the griddle, searing each side for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and stir in additional minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour this mixture over cooked chicken along with grated parmesan.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
