Description

A simple yet flavorful chicken dish seared on a Blackstone griddle, infused with garlic, butter, and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly.
  3. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb all the vibrant flavors.
  4. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (375°F).
  5. Place marinated chicken on the griddle, searing each side for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  6. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and stir in additional minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
