A creamy and delicious pasta dish featuring chicken breasts, Boursin cheese, and garlic, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup Boursin cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and combined. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken, stirring to coat everything in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a thinner sauce, reserve some pasta water. Customize the dish with additional herbs or spices as desired.
