Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the dry rub.
