Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple slices
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl to create the marinade.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
