Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts

- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill or bake the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and it’s caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy your tropical delight!
Notes
For added flavor, consider making extra marinade for basting while cooking. Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes post-cooking to redistribute juices.
