Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown; remove and set aside.
