Ingredients

  • – 2 cups (480 ml) whole wheat high fiber pasta or Banza Pasta
  • – 10 oz (283 g) about 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • – 6 oz (170 g) softened light cream cheese
  • – 1/4 cup (60 ml) light ranch dressing
  • – 1/2 cup (120 ml) hot sauce
  • – 2/3 cup (160 ml) reduced fat shredded cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta following the directions on the package, then drain it and set it aside.
  2. Heat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Combine the pasta and chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a smaller bowl, blend the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth using a mixer.
  5. Stir the cream cheese blend into the pasta and chicken mixture, adding â…“ cup of the shredded cheese, and reserve the remaining cheese.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
