Ingredients
- – 2 cups (480 ml) whole wheat high fiber pasta or Banza Pasta
- – 10 oz (283 g) about 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- – 6 oz (170 g) softened light cream cheese
- – 1/4 cup (60 ml) light ranch dressing
- – 1/2 cup (120 ml) hot sauce
- – 2/3 cup (160 ml) reduced fat shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta following the directions on the package, then drain it and set it aside.
- Heat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Combine the pasta and chicken in a large mixing bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, blend the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth using a mixer.
- Stir the cream cheese blend into the pasta and chicken mixture, adding â…“ cup of the shredded cheese, and reserve the remaining cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
