Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 6-8 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
- 2 green onion stalks (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups chicken breast (cooked, shredded)
- 4 tortillas (burrito size)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/8 cup buffalo sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Add the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and dry ranch seasoning into a mixing bowl.
- Blend the ingredients together until well-mixed and creamy.
- Fold in the sliced green onions until evenly incorporated.
- Gently fold in the shredded cooked chicken using a wooden spoon.
- Lay down a tortilla on a clean surface and spread about ¼ of the cream cheese mixture evenly across it.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Wrap the tortilla logs tightly in plastic wrap and place them seam-side down on a plate.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of four hours or overnight for best results.
- Remove the plastic wrap and slice the pinwheels into ½ inch pieces.
- Arrange on a serving tray and enjoy!
