- – 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- – 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- – 1/2 teaspoon paprika (3 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Pierce the sweet potatoes all over using a fork. Arrange them on a microwave-safe plate and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes. Place each sweet potato on a piece of foil, drizzle with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and wrap them tightly in the foil. Set them on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- For the buffalo sauce, in a 2-quart saucepan, mix the hot sauces, vegetable oil, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetable oil melts and the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the buffalo sauce with the shredded beef and mix well.
- Cut the sweet potatoes in half and evenly distribute the buffalo beef mixture over each piece. Add ranch dressing, vegan cheese crumbles, and chives on top.
