A flavor-packed buffalo chicken burger made with tender ground chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and delicious toppings.
Ingredients
- 500 g ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce (plus more for brushing)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce
- Sliced tomato
- Red onion (optional toppings)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, gently mix together the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, buffalo sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties, slightly wider than your buns.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the patties.
- Cook patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, brushing with buffalo sauce during the last minute.
- Toast the burger buns until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, a cooked patty, and dressing, then top with the burger bun.
