Description

A flavor-packed buffalo chicken burger made with tender ground chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and delicious toppings.

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce (plus more for brushing)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced tomato
  • Red onion (optional toppings)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, gently mix together the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, buffalo sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties, slightly wider than your buns.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the patties.
  4. Cook patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, brushing with buffalo sauce during the last minute.
  5. Toast the burger buns until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, a cooked patty, and dressing, then top with the burger bun.

Notes

Let patties rest briefly after cooking for juiciness. Experiment with toppings and flavors to suit your taste.
