Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente, reserving ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Sauté the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Create the creamy sauce by sautéing garlic, adding heavy cream, and stirring in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine the sliced chicken and drained linguine in the skillet with the sauce, adding spinach until wilted.
- Serve warm, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
For extra heat, add cayenne pepper or more Cajun seasoning. Serve with a side salad to balance the richness.
