Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
